Getting it set up was straightforward, and day to day it’s simple enough to use. That said, a few parts feel kind of clunky and not as smooth as I expected. I’ll be honest, after I paid I started feeling a little unsure about whether it was really worth it, so I’m still keeping an eye on how it holds up.

My order showed up in around a few days, which was nice. The box was a little dented when it arrived, but everything inside was fine.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but my plants ended up growing better than I thought they would, it did take a little bit of setup at the beginning and I had to mess with it a bit, but once everything was in place they looked really healthy and started coming along nicely.

I really wanted this to work, but the drainage just didn’t do it for me. Water kept pooling in the buckets, and the irrigation ended up being uneven, some plants were getting way too much water while others were still dry. Compared to other setups I’ve used, this one was more frustrating than helpful. Not really happy with it, to be honest...

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure if I’d chosen the right size bucket, so I figured I’d just message them and ask.

They got back to me quickly, not right away, but definitely quicker than I thought they would. The answer was clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to overthink it, and they didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I did have to send one follow-up message, but once I did, they got it sorted without any hassle. Overall, good service, easy to deal with, and I’d be fine ordering again.

For what I needed, this was worth the money. If you're expecting something super high-end, you might feel differently, but for the price and everyday use, I think it’s a solid buy.

The bucket looked fine when I first got it, but after just a few uses the handle started getting loose. The plastic also feels thinner than I expected, so I’m not sure how long it’ll really hold up. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I’m kind of tired of having to deal with stuff like this and then decide if it’s worth contacting customer service. Just a bit disappointing overall.
